How we handle your data.

Veamex B.V. respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with the GDPR. This statement sets out which data we process, for what purpose, and the rights you have.

1. Who we are

2. What data and why

• Contact & scheduling: name, email, company and your message, so we can respond to your enquiry and arrange an introductory call. Legal basis: your request / legitimate interest.
• AI assistant (chat): the content of your conversation, so we can answer your question and improve our service. Please do not share confidential or special category personal data in the chat.
• Technical data: limited, privacy-friendly statistics that keep the site running and help us improve.

3. Processors and AI

We work with carefully selected processors for hosting, email, scheduling and AI models. We sign a data processing agreement with every processor and, wherever possible, opt for processing within the EU.

4. Retention period

We do not keep data for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which we collected it, or for as long as the law requires us to.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Would you like to exercise these rights? Email office@veamex.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

6. Cookies

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. We only use strictly necessary, functional storage that keeps the site running. As a result, there is nothing to accept and you will not see a cookie banner. Should we adopt analytics later on, we will ask for your consent beforehand.
