Security and responsible AI.

For us, reliability is not an extra, it is the product. Over 15 years we have built systems for organisations such as Swiss Sense, DHL and Xerox. Here is how we handle security, data and AI governance.

Data & privacy-first

• Processing within the EU wherever possible; we discuss data residency on a per-project basis.
• Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest where applicable.
• Access on a need-to-know basis, with logging and clearly defined permissions.

Responsible AI

• Humans in control: fixed approvals, boundaries and escalation for agents.
• Explainability and monitoring from day one, no black box in production.
• Careful model selection, without lock-in; no training on your confidential data without an explicit agreement.

Suppliers & continuity

We work with reputable infrastructure and model partners under data processing agreements. Through monitoring and deliberate choices for reliability, systems keep running, even outside office hours.
